Corporate Culture Meeting
The values and history of COPT are discussed with our President & Chief Executive Officer and our Vice President of Human Resources.
COPT Approach to Quality Service Training
This program offers practical tools for enhancing COPT's customer service program.
The COPT Way Training Course
The goals of this course are to: (i) engage all COPT Employees in the joys and challenges of working every day The COPT Way, (ii) build relationships with other COPT employees to sustain COPT's culture, and (iii) ensure every participant understands how The COPT Way guides their work.
We also encourage employee development through our educational assistance program and certification courses related to their position.
