Wayne H. Lingafelter is President of COPT Development & Construction Services, a division of Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT). He directs and manages the company's design, development and construction activities. Prior to joining COPT in May 2008, Wayne was Senior Vice President of Government Solutions for Duke Realty Corporation, where he directed the new development, construction, acquisition, management and leasing efforts associated with Duke Realty's federally leased building portfolio. Wayne has successfully led development projects throughout his career from the design phase through the customer move-in and satisfaction phase.
Wayne was employed by Duke for nearly 20 years. Prior positions with Duke include Senior Vice President of Cleveland Operations, Vice President of Cleveland Operations, Vice President of Indianapolis Operations, and Manager of Leasing for Duke's downtown Cincinnati office portfolio.
Wayne is a member of NAIOP and participated in local chapter activities in both Cleveland and Indianapolis.
Wayne received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Kenyon College.
