
William S. Barroll is Vice President of Asset Management/Leasing for Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT). He is responsible for the financial performance of a portfolio of buildings located in Baltimore, Anne Arundel and St. Mary's Counties in Maryland, including The Corporate Park at Arundel Preserve, Airport Square and Lexington Park. The portfolio totals 67 buildings containing nearly three million square feet of office space.
Bill has 15 years of real estate experience. Prior to working in the Greater Baltimore Washington market, Bill was the Maryland Director for the Conservation Fund, where he specialized in complex land acquisitions. Most notable was the largest land acquisition in the State of Maryland's history, totaling 75,000 acres. From 1999 to 2007, Bill worked at CarrAmerica and with Cushman Realty Corp./Cushman & Wakefield as a Tenant/Landlord broker in suburban Maryland and Washington, DC. Bill's experience covers office development, leasing, and property and asset management.
Bill earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Denison University.
Bill is an active member in the Maryland Chapter of NAIOP. Bill is also involved with the BWI Business Partnership, currently serving on their membership committee. In 2009, Bill also joined the Board of Directors for the Corridor Transportation Corporation.
