Roger A. Waesche, Jr. is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT). He has overall responsibility for asset management, investments, government services and property management. From 1999 to 2006, Roger served as the company's Chief Financial Officer.
Roger has more than 20 years of real estate investment, operations and financing experience. He has obtained more than $1.5 billion of real estate and corporate financing and has been directly responsible for or overseen more than $2 billion of investments.
Roger earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration in Finance from Loyola College. Mr. Waesche is a Trustee of the Sheppard Pratt Health System, a member of the Maryland Industrial Development Finance Authority, and a board member of the Economic Alliance of Greater Baltimore.
