Gregory B. White
Regional Director, Property Management


Gregory B. White is Regional Director, Property Management, for COPT Property Management Services, a division of Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT). Greg manages in excess of three million square feet of Class A office space in COPT's Northern Virginia portfolio. Greg's responsibilities include the leadership of 30 team members supporting property management services in the 17-building portfolio located in the Tyson's Corner, Herndon and Route 28 South submarkets. In addition, he oversees two office/data centers located in central and southern Virginia.

Greg has over 20 + years experience in commercial property management. The majority of Greg's work experience has revolved around the third party property management business focusing on asset management, with a strong emphasis on tenant relations. Prior to joining COPT in 2002, Greg was General Manager for Cushman & Wakefield at Washington Technology Park where he oversaw the Operation Manager, Property Accountant and nine building support personnel. His key initiative was to transition the building from a corporate headquarters facility to an investment grade asset. Greg was previously a General Manager for six years at Jones Lang LaSalle where his last assignment was the start-up of Phase I at Westpark Corporate Center. Prior to the Jones Lang LaSalle multi mergers, Greg was a Senior Property Manager at The Galbreath Company and Assistant Portfolio Manager at Cushman & Wakefield, overseeing nearly one million square feet from Northern Virginia to Raleigh, North Carolina. Greg started his real estate career with The Charles E. Smith Companies from 1988 to 1993, managing 12 commercial and mix-used properties in Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia.

Greg earned a Bachelors degree in General Studies from Arkansas State University. He holds a Virginia Salesperson license. Greg is an active member in Apartment & Office Building Association (AOBA) and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). He is also a member of the Route 28 Highway Transportation Improvement District Advisory Board. Greg is currently pursuing the RPA designation through BOMA and CPM designation through IREM.
