Frank has over 30 years of experience in real estate development, construction management and leasing for a wide range of office, retail and mixed-use developments; and special projects including historic renovation at Camden Yards,
University of
Maryland’s
Columbus
Center for Marine Biotechnology Research and The Port Discovery Children’s Museum in
Baltimore.
During his career, Frank has been responsible for the development of over three million square feet of office and specialty building including interior fit up, three million square feet of urban mixed-use facilities, and four million square feet of retail centers.
Prior to joining COPT, Frank was a partner of a development consulting firm, and Director of Construction, Development Director and Manager of Environmental Compliance with The Rouse Company in
Columbia,
Maryland. During this period his responsibilities included development and construction management, office leasing and project accountability through delivery to asset management.
