Derrick C. Boegner

Vice President, Asset Management/Leasing

Derrick Boegner is Vice President of Asset Management/Leasing for Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT). He is responsible for overseeing leasing, asset management and the overall financial performance of COPT's portfolio of buildings in Northern Virginia, consisting of approximately 2.5 million square feet of Class A office space.

Derrick has more than 20 years of real estate experience and has a proven record of leadership, problem solving, negotiating complex leases, forecasting and financial planning.

Derrick previously held the position of Corporate Director of Real Estate for the Titan Corporation. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Investment and Corporate Finance from the University of Southern California, and a Master's degree in Business Administration from California State University, San Marcos.

 

He is on the Board of Directors for Northern Virginia NAIOP, and serves on the NAIOP National Education Committee.
